The word 'Vegetarian' will bring instant "I can never be a.."..I can't resist eating..","Nothing harm in eating..." ," Meat is no less in giving nutrients as.." random thoughts in the minds of many like me.
While growing up in a locality with kids from various communities,i had chance interacting with pure veggie kids,vegetarian but eat eggs and with few vegetarian whom i invite to my home on special occasions to serve meat which use to give me kind of thrill and a sense accomplishment to me
World is now moving at the rapid phase ,a dedicated category for every thing is the key for any technology or the process development,for example 25 years back in India there was one television channel to broadcast movies,entertainment,sports,music,news,regional updates but now you have different category of channels.
Recently came to know of a dedicated cookery channel and a channel for only comedy flicks and no wonder you have a dedicated new channel for telecasting only crime reports all day,and another one for 24X7 political news like we have a dedicated channel for business :-)
Nowadays same Analogy is applied to class of people who eat vegetarian ,there are vegetarians who can be classified under the following category
Lacto-Vegetarian:-Vegetarian but takes milk products derived from animals
Egg-trian:{Lacto-Vegetarian}+Eggs
Fish-terian:{Lacto-Vegetarian}+{Egg}+fish
Vegans:Only Vegetarian..no milk products derived from animals,use soy instead
Vegorganics:vegetables and fruits produced organically no artificial urea or medicine used in producing them
Purest of pure:{Veg-organics}-Don't eat veggie produced in ground like onion and potato and don't use products tested on animals or made with some animal derivatives
As far as I know no category for meat eaters if at all to classify then give yourself the name of the animals you prefer to eat and frequency of your consumption :-)
Why Meat eating is considered to be evil to many,Never came across an extensive cover story from any media about meat eating except few random articles on the well-know celebrity nutritionists blogs where the entire theme is de-mystifying the myths of certain class of meat and adding the bad effects of over eating of meat.
And people eat meat despite many campaigns on ill-effect of over eating it regularly ). I believe the taste is the first that i vote and fat that contained in the meat which makes it tastier so no wonder many like red meats to white ones with the former containing more percentage of fat.
unlike vegetarian foods coming from the plant kingdom ha literally no fat at all!!..and veggie food being in the raw form can be eaten directly but many don't prefer as it bring no thrill to your taste buds but this i consumed with the other spices and most importantly cooked with oil which gives taste to the vegetarian food due to the content of fatty acids in it
Thanks to celebrities who are turning Vegetarian and coming forward promoting vegetarian foods,but for celebrity turning to vegans is easy as they hardly eat any food letting go of something which i easy but we normal mortals have a tough time where we have problems of overeating either veggie food or meat :-)
As I agree with many..moderation is the key to anything..eat meat but follow it with some veggie stuff rich in fiber to digest the meat and at the same time don't eat more fiber food than necessary to avoid the ill-effects of the meat

November 25 is the meatless day and I have some chicken in the fridge to be cooked today!!!
